Posey County Liquors limits hours to ensure the safety of employees, customers during this unprecedented health crisis. These closures include Roadhouse Liquor and Roadhouse Wine & Spirits in Mount Vernon, Ind., Posey County Liquors in Poseyville and New Harmony Wine & Spirits in New Harmony. They will maintain these modified hours of operation until its safe to return to normal operating hours.

Beginning Monday, March 23, Posey County Liquors will open exclusively to customers age 60 and over between the hours of 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. Posey County Liquors will be open to the general public between the hours of 12-8 p.m. Posey County Liquors will enforce a limit of no more than ten customers in the store at any given time.

said.

In addition to limiting its hours of operation, Posey County Liquors will continue to spend an hour before opening and after closing meticulously cleaning all surfaces in its stores. That effort will be in addition to following the guidelines set forth by the Posey County Health Board to slow the spread of the

coronavirus, during its hours of operation which includes requiring employees to wash and sanitize their hands frequently, maintaining a distance of six feet or more between customers, and continuing to disinfect frequently used items, handles and surfaces regularly during the course of business.
