Suzanne Waite Watters, formerly of Albion

Suzanne Waite Watters, a native of Albion, Illinois died on Oct. 10 at her home in Daytona Beach, Fla.. She lived there with her fiance, Jack Lindquist.

Suzanne is survived by her son, Michael, his wife Amy and children Zachary and Sidney and grandchildren Lilly and Sam.

Other family include her siblings, Gerald Waite of Muncie, Ind.; Catherine Phelan of Clinton, N.Y.; Frances Chamberlain of Washington, Conn.; Victoria Clark of Grove, Okla.; Paula Waite of New Haven, Conn.; April Ardell of Clinton, N.Y. and  Pat Porter of Vergennes, Ill., along with a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, long-time Albion residents, Paul G. Waite and Harriet Waite Norman.

Suzanne grew up in Albion and graduated from Edwards County High School. She earned a degree from the School of Medical Technology in Wilmington, N. C., a Bachelor’s of Science from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Miami, Fla.          

Burial will be in Albion at Graceland Cemetery at a later date.
